What STRYKE does
STRYKE ("we", "us") reads the purchase orders and vendor invoices your business receives and enters them into the ERP and accounting systems you tell us to use. These terms cover the website at strykeautomation.com, the free replay we run on your historical documents, and the paid service. By requesting the replay or using the service you agree to them.
The replay
The replay is free and carries no obligation. You send us a sample of documents your team has already entered, together with the matching entries. We train a model on them and show you, line by line, what it would have entered. We may decline a replay, and you may stop one at any time and ask us to delete what you sent (see Privacy Policy).
The paid service
The paid service is billed monthly at the flat rate stated when you sign up, with no per-document or per-seat charges. Either side can end it at the close of any monthly period by written notice. On ending, you keep every entry already made in your systems and we delete your documents and model on request.
Your systems and your data
You grant us access to the systems you choose so that we can enter documents into them, and you confirm that you are allowed to grant that access. You own your documents, your entries and the model trained on them. We use them only to provide the service to you, never to train anything for another customer.
Review and accuracy
STRYKE enters a document on its own only when it is sure of every line; anything it is not sure of goes on a review list for a person on your side to confirm. You are responsible for reviewing that list and for the entries made in your systems. We keep the original document and a record of what was read and what was entered so that every number can be traced, but we do not promise that every entry will be correct, and we are not liable for business losses that follow from an entry you did not review.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell active customers by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the change.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan.
